RSFBPW is a professional organization of women who value strong business relationships, mutual support, and a positive, collaborative environment.
Category Availability
Membership is limited to three women per business category. The category must be open before the application process begins.
Guests who wish to become a member are invited to attend our luncheons as guests to become acquainted with the members and with our culture.
If a category is currently full, guests are welcome to continue attending our meetings. When an opening becomes available in their category, they may then apply for membership.
RSFBPW hosts a monthly luncheon that provides structured opportunities for networking, relationship building, and professional connection. Each meeting includes time for pre-lunch networking, member and guest interaction, a brief inspirational segment, member commercials, and a featured speaker.
Members are also encouraged to connect outside of the luncheons through one-on-one and small-group networking. RSFBPW may sponsor additional activities that provide opportunities for members to network with one another and learn more about each other’s businesses. These activities vary throughout the year and are announced in advance.
Throughout the year, our organization selects a charitable cause to support and participates in activities that encourage community involvement.
Our newsletter shares upcoming meeting information, announcements, and opportunities for members to highlight workshops, events, and other professional activities.
Membership dues are $100 per year and are due no later than January 31 of the current year.
A $20 late fee will be assessed for dues received on or after February 1.
If dues are not paid by the end of February, and no communication has been received, it will be assumed that the member is not renewing for the year and her business category will be opened.
Renewal reminders are provided through the newsletter, and follow-up communication may be made with members who have not yet responded.
New Members
New members must be approved by the Board before submitting payment for their first year of dues.
Dues must be paid in full prior to:
• Participating as a member

• Receiving a name badge
• Receiving member luncheon pricing
Payment
Dues may be paid through the member payment link on the website.

Guests are always welcome! As a guest you can join us at any of our luncheons. To become a member, please review the above FAQ – “How can I become a member?” As a guest, if your business category is full, you may continue to attend as a guest until your business category opens up.
Guests do not have the opportunity to say a commercial at the meetings. However, during the networking portion of each meeting, guests can connect and share what they do with the members.
Our goal is to provide opportunities for members to meet and build relationships with other professional women. We are happy to report that our philosophy is to offer programs that empower, educate, inspire, and entertain.
