About me

Her passion is empowering women, men and teens across the world by identifying what is holding them back, and reprogramming their old programs to more positive ones for supreme success.

People find their life’s purpose in a variety of ways… for her the battle was intense, but worth it. From fracturing her skull and rebuilding her jaw to breaking her ankle in four places at the start of her divorce and the pandemic. Her body and subconscious mind were trying to get her attention to re-direct her path. Our spirit can use people, places and situations to get our attention. Her lessons were painful, yet effective. Crystal had a plethora of health challenges, that she was able to overcome despite the negative prognosis from conventional medicine, relationships that needed upgrading and wanted to create financial success!

She vowed to break free from any shackles holding her mind, body and soul back, by releasing the hidden and unacknowledged blocked, trapped subconscious emotions she had stuffed within her body her entire life. Our subconscious mind is formed mostly during the first seven years of your life, because the brain is naturally in the Theta brainwave state. There is so much healing to be had from our childhood that will benefit us now on a quantum level.

Crystal’s compassion as a coach and trainer comes with deep empathy and heart felt desire to see others turn their triggers into triumph! About me

Hi! I’m Sherri Singleton, and I started LIVE WELL Senior Care Connections because I have been on both sides of this overwhelming journey….as an adult daughter of an aging parent needing additional help, as well as, a community marketing & activities director and family liaison with in-depth knowledge of senior living operations and licensing requirements. My story begins in 2011, when my mother began to need additional support with daily activities and was living home all alone. I felt completely helpless and overwhelmed with what to do or where to start, especially because she was in Atlanta and I was in Phoenix, so I needed to move her across the country to be closer to me. Not knowing where to turn, I reached out to an online referral company and soon realized that they did not have local knowledge of options in my city nor did they offer any type of personalized service. Plus, the non-stop phone calls and numerous emails I received when my information was literally blasted out to more than 20 communities added to the enormous stress I was already experiencing.

Fast forward to 2022 when I needed to move my mother again. Not only had her dementia progressed, but she had frequent falls and needed more assistance than ever before. Fortunately, I was now working in the senior living industry, so my mother’s transition was much smoother. I found a community that perfectly fit her physical and cognitive care needs and budget. After going through the two very different experiences, I knew I wanted to use my industry resources and passion to help others during what is almost always a very difficult time.

I don’t want you to have to go through what I originally went through! With in-depth knowledge of every Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care community, as well as, smaller Residential Care Homes in San Diego County, I am able to drastically reduce the overwhelm, confusion and wasted time you would experience trying to research options on your own or use a nationwide company. I help you find a place where your loved one’s needs are met and there is quality of life and peace of mind for the entire family.
